Reservation & Waiting List Policy –
Hanami Sushi & Sake Bar (Carmel)
At Hanami Sushi & Sake Bar, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all guests. To ensure smooth service, especially on weekends, we have the following reservation and waiting list policies
Reservations:
• Weekend Dinner (Friday – Sunday, 4.30 PM – Close): Reservations are highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome but may experience extended wait times.
• How to Reserve: Guests can book a table through our website or phone
• Grace Period: We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If late, please call us to avoid cancellation.
• Large Groups: Parties of 6 or more require advance booking and may be subject to a deposit policy.
Waiting List:
• Walk-ins: We do our best to accommodate all guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Online Waitlist: Guests may join via online or in person.
• Check-In: Once notified that your table is ready, please arrive within 10 minutes to claim your spot.
• No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
Deposit Policy:
For parties of 8 or more, a deposit of $5 per person is required to secure your reservation and prevent no-shows.
Payment:
• Once you request a reservation, you will receive a confirmation and a payment link.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours to finalize your booking. Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled.
• Reservations made within 24 hours of the dining time will not be subject to automatic cancellation.
Cancellation & Refunds:
• Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 6 hours before your reservation.
• On the day of your visit, the deposit will be applied to your bill, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
